- Click here
to complete the online enrollment paperwork
- Submit additional paperwork to WOSU office (birth certificate,
proof of residency, immunization records)
- Order courses with the help of your WOSU placement teacher

| SET UP MY OLS ACCOUNT |
- You will receive an email with
your registration ID
- Go to the OLS Login at http://learn.k12.com
- Click on Set Up Your Account
- Enter your ID and phone number
(If you no longer have your registration ID, contact your WOSU
support teacher.)

| SET UP THE STUDENT OLS
ACCOUNTS |
- Log in to your parent OLS account
- Click on My Account (upper right)
- Click on the student's account
- Fill in
their information with a username and password

| STAY
LOGGED IN WHILE MY CHILD IS LOGGED IN TOO? |
- Log in to your parent OLS account
- Click on NEW LOG-IN (page with PLUS sign)
- A new log-in window will come up and you
can log the 2nd person in without logging the 1st person off.

- If enrollment has closed, ask to be put on the waiting list.
- You will be contacted when there is a spot available for you.

IN TO A BLACKBOARD ROOM |
- Click on the Blackboard link or go here
- Enter your name or nickname
- Download the java (watch for popup
blockers)
- Wait patiently until you are in the room
Once you are in the room and can see the screen,
run an audio check.

- Audio Setup Wizard
If you can hear the audio during the setup wizard then you will be able to hear anything that is done in that
room and you are ready to join a session.
If you do not make it into a room, go here
and check under FIRST TIME USER to do a JAVA SOFTWARE CHECK

- Is it part of K12 or another material
provider?
- Is it an additional program or
opportunity that is offered?
